Southgate Shopping Centre/ St George Leagues Club/ Games at the Centre

Participants will be attending community access if the weather permits. Participants will be going to either Southgate Shopping Centre or the St George Leagues Club. In the afternoon Participants will be playing games in the centre.

Participants are to bring the following items when attending community access. They include:
– Hat
– Sunglasses if required
– Morning tea and lunch
– Medical vaccination card
– Spending money
– Companion card
– Medications and/ or nebulisers- subject to client needs.
