Participants will be attending community access if the weather permits. Participants will be going to Southgate for shopping. Some other participants will be going to Barton Park.
Participants are to bring the following items when attending community access. They include:
– Hat
– Sunglasses if required
– Morning tea and lunch
– Medical vaccination card
– Spending money
– Companion card
– Medications and/ or nebulisers- subject to client needs.
