** Due to the cold and windy weather, some participants went to Westfield Eastgardens, and other participants remained indoors and worked on making a birthday card for Angie. Angels on Wheels celebrated Angie’s birthday at the centre. We sang and danced and the participants enjoyed having some birthday cake.
Participants will be attending community access if the weather permits. They will be visiting Camella Garden. Participants will be supported to enjoy a walk around the park and do sightseeing of the different flowers and trees. We will also be celebrating Angie’s Birthday at the park.
Participants are to bring the following items when going on community access. These items include:
– Hat
– Sunscreen
– Sunglasses if required
– Packed morning tea and lunch according to the needs of the client
– Medical vaccination card
– Spending money
– Companion card
– Medications and/ or nebulisers- subject to client
