St George League Club/ Roselands Shopping

4 July

Participants will be attending community access if the weather permits. Participants will either be going Roselands Shopping or to the St George League Club.

Participants are to bring the following items when attending community access. They include:
– Hat
– Sunglasses if required
– Morning tea and lunch
– Medical vaccination card
– Spending money
– Companion card
– Medications and/ or nebulisers- subject to client needs.
