Swimming/ Lunch at local café and tennis club/ Discuss cooking program

Participants will be going to have lunch at a local café and tennis club. They will also discuss the cooking program. Some participants will also be going swimming at Gunyama Park Aquatic And Recreation Centre for their weekly swimming program.
