Participants will be attending community access if the weather permits. They will be visiting IKEA. Participants will be supported to enjoy a walk around the centre and look at the different furniture set ups.
Participants are to bring the following items when going on community access. These items include:
– Hat
– Sunscreen
– Sunglasses if required
– Packed morning tea and lunch according to the needs of the client
– Medical vaccination card
– Spending money
– Companion card
– Medications and/ or nebulisers- subject to client
