Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA) provides safe and stable housing for participants who need temporary accommodation while waiting for their long-term living arrangement. It ensures comfort, continuity and consistent support during the transition.
What Is Medium-Term Accommodation?
MTA offers temporary housing for people who have been approved for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) or another long-term housing solution but are not able to move in yet. It bridges the gap so participants have safe, accessible and supported accommodation during this waiting period.
Who Can Access This Service?
MTA with Angels on Wheels is available exclusively to NDIS participants who already have Medium-Term Accommodation funding approved in their NDIS plans. If you need help understanding your plan, our Support Coordination team can assist.

We do not run structured exercise or life-skills programs, activities are always participant-led.
